Want to build a career you love?

Embrace the cringe.

I used to roll my eyes when I saw people sharing their lives so openly online.

Why were they doing this?

Their private lives should stay private!

But what I realized is that your dream career happens outside of your comfort zone

And by definition everything outside of your comfort zone is going to be cringe.

I, for one, wouldn’t have been able to build the 6-figure career coaching business I have today had I not

Started a podcast
Made my first (super cringe!) IG reel
Posted openly about my career failures on Linkedin (hi ex-colleagues! 🙈)

And trust me, every time I hit Post, I used to have a mild anxiety attack.

It was terrifying.

“Who do I think I am? What would people think? What would my ex-colleagues think?”

But I had set a 30-day challenge for myself and as I shared more, I noticed something powerful happening.

Some people actually like what I shared!

They resonated with my story.

And I realised that if I wanted to be bigger and more successful, I had to just build thicker skin and share what needs to be shared.

Who cares if some will laugh at me?

Or judge me by the amount of likes I get?

I know that the right people and audience will find me and see me for who I am.

And I know that this is what I can do to grow my audience and meet more people.

And when they find me, I know that they too can get a chance to build the career they love.

So don’t be afraid and embrace the cringe.

You never know what (6-figure business) can come out of it.

And if you want help building your personal brand to help you land your dream career, send me a message “BRAND”, I’d love to see how I can help.
