💥 3 mindset shifts that helped me land my dream job

Four years ago, I was struggling to leave behind my perfect on paper corporate job.

I wasn’t fully happy with the role.

But I thought, “No job is perfect.”

This was just part of #adulting

I believed that life couldn’t get any better.

Fast forward 2 years…

And I landed my dream job as a GM of a fashion startup.

It was only possible when I overcame these 3 limiting beliefs.

1️⃣ Mindset shift #1 - Stop making excuses, start taking responsibility

- No one is making you stay at a job you don’t care for.

- If you want to feel differently, it’s up to you to make a change.

2️⃣ Mindset shift #2 - Believe that you CAN find a job you love

- This is not a pipe dream.

- This can be YOUR reality.

- You don’t need to be exceptional.

- Or come from exceptional circumstances to work a job you love.

- You do NOT have to settle.

3️⃣ Mindset shift #3 - Stop living your life for someone else

- Stop thinking you have to stay in this role because it’ll make your parents happy.

- Or because this is what society deems as success.

- What do YOU find important?

- How do YOU define success?

These mindset shifts have helped me and my clients -

- Break through their limiting beliefs and

- Land their dream job
