Sometimes, it’s good to be an employee.

Especially when you’re pregnant!

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know that I’m a strong advocate for finding your dream career.

Even if you end up abandoning the traditional path, e.g. quitting BlackRock and giving up on a 6-figure salary like I did.

It’s a terrifying pivot but also fulfilling and sometimes… lucrative 🤑.

Especially as an entrepreneur.

But now that I’m pregnant, I do miss certain things from my days as a BlackRock VP, e.g.:

✅ Maternity leave

✅ Health benefits (eek - these hospital bills!)

✅ Someone I can hand off my work to for a few months

You don’t get that as your own boss.

Right now, I’m focused on revamping my entire workflow and business processes to plan for time off (is that even possible?!).

That includes:

❓ Hiring more coaches to help run my 1:1 and group coaching sessions

Coaches who carry the same values and priorities as I do without compromising on quality!

❓ Expanding my business with a new career coaching course

Where I teach you step-by-step how to identify your dream career and successfully land job offers in your dream industry.

There’s 100+ video lessons to help you:

🔸 Identify your values, strengths and interests

🔸 Learn how to do cold outreach and find appropriate mentors in your desired fields

🔸 Best practices to test drive potential new careers

🔸 How to actually actual pivot into your new dream job.

You’ll also find  plenty of case studies with past clients of mine + a workbook with guiding questions to work through each module to figure out your dream career and what it takes to get there.

If you’re interested, DM me COURSE.

I’ve spent the past 2+ years incorporating everything I know into this course & will be offering an early bird discount for a limited time only! 😉
