Six years ago, at what was thought to be the height of my career as a VP in BlackRock, I said goodbye to the corporate world.

And I couldn’t be happier.

This isn’t to say EVERYONE should leave the corporate world.

Because if that’s where your values align with the industries, then that’s where you should go.

Me? I love my autonomy, flexibility, purpose, growth, and opportunities – these are values that weren’t found in my role in BlackRock.

Which is why I’m happier now.

And it excites me to bring others to the point I’m at too.

So if you’re lost in your job, whether in the corporate jungle or otherwise, don’t stay silent.
