This was something I internalized for many years.

- But as I saw people around me move up the ladder
- I realized that the people who were progressing faster had one thing in common

This means that...
- If you spend 4.8 min/day* more than your colleague on improving your work
- You will be 37x ahead of them after a year

But let's be real...
- It's impossible to find work that's fun AND pays well right?
- WRONG!
