I know it’s hard.

It's hard to leave behind the cushy fancy corporate job

Even when you spend all your time complaining about it

Even when you have the Sunday blues every week

Even when deep down you know you want more

It’s hard to actually leave

Because we’ve somehow normalized this

But take it from me -

That leap of faith is damn scary

But it is so, so worth it.
