It was terrifying when I made my first hire, but it was the best decision I’d ever made.

Everyone's thoughts are valued and that diversity of thought and skillset has allowed me to accomplish more than I ever could on my own and scale up my business in ways I never was able to alone.

Entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be lonely and the only way to scale is to bring on board other people.
The process was and continues to be scary, but I’ve seen the rewards and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
