Have you ever done anything crazy in your life?

💥 Willingly choose to drop out of a prestigious degree like law school
💥 Leave a growing and glamorous career in private equity
💥 Start a business in a whole other country where you don’t really know the culture

Well, all this and more is exactly what Benjamin Wong 黄耀榮, the CEO and co-founder of Kinobi, did.

And it all started with an internship.

The best way to test drive a career path.

Benjamin dropped out of law school after an internship where he discovered the life of a lawyer just wasn’t it for him.

Instead, he wanted to learn more about business and so went into the next prestigious career - private equity.

Having test driven a second career, he learned he didn’t want to be on the sidelines of a business.

And started Kinobi.

But it wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies in the early days

He struggled to gain traction with corporates in Singapore.

And during the height of the pandemic, decided to move to Indonesia

People thought he was CRAZY.

But to Benjamin, it all made sense.

💡 His team was quick to realise that Singapore was not the right fit to start
💡 In Indonesia, his team managed to get TEN clients within months
💡 With a proven track record, he returned to Singapore to grow even further

Since then, Benjamin and his team have worked on Kinobi, a system provider that paves the way for more holistic education in universities.

Want to know how exactly his crazy decisions have led to his success?
