Are you sending out countless job applications, only to hear nothing back?

Frustrated and demotivated by the lack of response from potential employers?

Wondering why some job seekers seem to effortlessly land their dream jobs, while others struggle to get noticed?

The answer? It’s because you’re blindly resume-dropping.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 resume dropping. It’s not a numbers game

It’s like dating.

You’re not going to find your perfect match by swiping right on every single person.

They know when you’re desperate.

They can tell when you’re only applying for the sake of applying.

Do this instead -

Before you start sending out resumes, it's essential to do some soul-searching…

Identify your strengths, unique talents and abilities.

Do you know what you’re good at? Do you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve?

Ask yourself, what are you passionate about?

What keeps you going even though it’s been hours? What’s something you never seem to get tired of? These are indications of your passions – get to know them well.

Figure out your values and career goals.

What gives you a sense of purpose? What sort of things do you want to achieve in your professional life?

These will push you through tough times and high tides.

Know for sure what type of work environment you thrive in.

Do you prefer hybrid or physical work environments? Do you like flexibility, or do you thrive in a fixed system?

We may not think of it, but our environment plays a HUGE role in the job of our dreams.

By answering these questions, you can gain clarity on what you want in a career and what type of job would be the best fit for you.

This way, your resume is specific. You will be more likely to get looked at
